1. Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10 per cent.
Online prices may be subject to change without notice.
2. International orders (NZ, China, US, Canada, UK & Ireland only)
The buyer is responsible for any further taxes or duties on the package on arrival in your country, or any other charges or fees you may incur regarding a foreign transaction. You should contact your local customs or other relevant authorities for information regarding your country's taxes and duties.
Note: We will declare the value of all international items ordered in AUD, as per Australian regulations.
3. Payment and order processing
We accept payment via Square. Orders will be dispatched once we receive notification your payment has been confirmed, generally within two (2) business days.
4. Products
Product images on this website have been taken in natural light to reflect the actual colour and design. Colours may vary slightly due to the type of device the images are viewed on. While every care has been taken, there is no guarantee the display of any colour will exactly reflect the product's colour/s on delivery.
Please note: some irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints may occur due to the manufacturing process, particularly with antique-look velvet. There may be slight markings or variations in appearance including colour (or finishing), however, these are intentional and are part of the design.
Returns policy:
If you change your mind, no problem.
Simply return your order including the order number to: P O Box 879, Castlemaine VIC 3450, AUSTRALIA.
Goods must be returned unwashed and unused within 14 days. Upon receipt of the goods, goods will be inspected and the original purchase amount refunded.
Refunds can take 9 - 14 business days to complete. In the unlikely event of any issues with returned goods, we will contact you via email.
We commit to comply with all our legal obligations that relate to warranty and other consumer guarantee rights. Items are quality checked before dispatch and are packaged with care. However, in the unlikely event you receive a item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us via email with your order number to arrange a refund or a replacement.
Goods may be shipped to you with care and maintenance instructions. You must follow these instructions for the ongoing quality of the product.
We do not offer refunds or replacement for goods that you damage by misuse, including by failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
Note: We are unable to refund original shipping and handing costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns.

Shipping is free for orders over $100.
